Coming from a family steeped in music, SÍOMHA – a soulful, Clare-born chanteuse – grew up on a diet of musical greats, with the sounds of jazz, trad, folk, and soul creeping in and leaving an indelible mark on her musical tastes and influences. As a result, her music effortlessly glides between genres. Dancing between folk, jazz and neo-soul, she takes audiences on an unexpected and unforgettable journey.
Síomha has toured with the acclaimed contemporary American/ Irish band, The Olllam, featuring bassist Joe Dart of Vulfpeck. She is a regular opener for Paul Brady, having played support for his 2017 Irish tour. She has also wowed crowds at Doolin Folk Festival, Clifden Arts Festival and Electric Picnic. SÍOMHA’s soulful voice and carefully crafted songs are made to be heard live and this is most certainly not a night to be missed.
